What is the name of your state?Massachusetts

The employees of my company have been required to attend mandatory training after working hours. Everyone is recording the hours on their time cards but no one is getting paid. Is this Legal?

If the training is truly mandatory, you need to be compensated.

Assuming that you are non-exempt.

If you are exempt, then the training need not be compensated whether it is mandatory or not.
