When I got pregnant with my son 4 years ago. The Biological father wanted nothing to do with him. By the time I had the baby, I had a new boyfirend and he signed the birth certificate and stated that he wanted to be a father to the baby (although it was not his biologically). The relationship went sour and he walked out.

A few years later, I married a wonderful man and he adopted my child from the ex-boyfriend who was not his biological father in the first place. I was wondering if the actual biological father has any rights? Also, does this mean that the actual adoption could be challenged (seen as null and void)?
