What is the name of your state? CA

I received my Conditional Green Card last month and would like to go out of country for about 3 weeks, what kind of documents I should bring when I come back to US? My passport and Conditional Green Card will be enough, isn't it?

The only difference between Conditional Green Card and Green Card is Conditional one is valid for 2 years and it has to remove the condition before expiry date, while unconditional green card is valid for 10 years without condition removal, all other terms are the same, right?

Will much appreciate the information.
