What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

An incident happened a month ago. I leave in a 4th floor condominium which i own above me in the 5th floor is the board member of our condo association what happened was this board member flooded my unit 3 times when i say flooded literally water everywhere, she has a portable washing machine which is not allowed. I talk to the condo president and manager they say they can't do anything because she vehemently denies and will not take any responsibility. My problem now i got molds and i don't know about my ceiling because it is enclosed. What should i do please help....

Have you filed a claim with your insurer? You need to raise the mold issue with the fire restoration company whom you have hired to fix your home. The insurance company may certainly try to sue the person who lives above you. You, also, may have enough damages to file a suit. It may be wise to speak with a lawyer.

Good luck
