What is the name of your state? SC
I live in a condominium community of 54 units at the cost of $110 HOA fees. Our president has fired all but two full time HOA members (there are supposed to be 5 board members as per the HOA by-laws) and has fired 1 property manager, 2 financial officers, including a CPA, and hired her boyfriend that she is moving in with on site as the financial officer. She has repeatedly acted in selfish acts to better the unit she lives in for sale and has neglected a lot of the property, including 6 violations of the DHEC code for the swimming pool thus closing it for the "paying" residents for almost a month (in summer!). I want to look at the books (financial) and upon repeated requests have yet to see anything from them. The list of complaints goes on including a self-elected paycheck of $350 a month for her services. I want to know what I can do to persue legal action. She is an aggressive woman and intimidates the owners into submission because I received word that she is in legal right as far as the Realtor Commision is concerned. Help.

**A: ge together with some of the other owners and remove this person following the proper protocol as noted in the CC&R's.
