The condo association board members are not following the by-laws. They have been shown the by-law paragraphs and have chose to ignor them anyway. Who in the state of Georgia has responsibility for insuring that by-laws are not violated (who is the by-law cop)?

YOU are the Association Cop. You and your fellow owners. Read your CCR&Rs and find out the role of the Board. Find out how to call a special meeting. Find out how to remove Board members. Get involved.
