I live in Ohio. I bought a condo back in 2000 and moved out in 2004 and now they are trying to send me a summons saying that I owe from 2003 all the way up to 2009. Can they do that? I moved out in 2004 and forclosed.

**A: you are liable for the HOA fees during the time you were a legal owner.
The move out date and the foreclose date do not matter.
