What is the name of your state? GA
I purchased a condo two years ago for myself and my dependent daughter. She is 23 and in college. I recently became engaged and have been spending a lot time at my fiance's home. I plan to move in there permanently when we get married next year. My HOA left me a threatening message saying that I'm breaking the "owner-occupied rule" by not living in my condo and that they have been "looking the other way" since my daughter is living there. I want my daughter to be able to live there as long as she wants (whether I am there or not) and don't see this as a violation since we are a family. I pay ALL expenses associated with the condo and no one other than my daughter lives there. Can they do anything to me because I'm not sleeping there every night?

**A: very simple. Add your daughter on title. Once she is the owner or one of the owners, the HOA o/o rule is adhered to.
