What is the name of your state?CA

I got a statement from the HOA stating that the employees posses a valid permit, liability insurance and the workers are legal/and or bonded for the work they are performing which is good. But, they have not stated anything in writing about the removal of furniture and he does not know about the harassament. Stated to take other issues up with the board which meets next week and they placed a notice that if the builders do not get access by Thursday they woudl charge $250 a day when the board meets next week. Also the associates CCAM number is incorrect but has a valid number, what would this mean? I hope to get some help thanks,
