What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

We bought a condo with a parking space outside, adjacent to the building two years ago and are currently in the process of selling it.

When we bought our unit, we had a lawyer look over everything and were told everything was ok.

Now when we are selling our unit, we are running into a problem. The Deed to our unit says we own parking space two, which is the space we park in, but the diagram filed with the registry is mislabled and shows the parking spaces along the back of the building, instead of the side. The spot is against the building, in front of a basement unit's window. In order to get this corrected we were told we need to have all of the trustees sign something, as well as the owner of the unit we park in front of. This owner will not sign the form, so we can not get the easement formalized.

Are there any other options? Our condo management company has said this is our spot, the deed says spot two. I'm not sure what, if anything else can be done.

Also how could this not have been caught when others bought and sold this unit?

**A: no, there is no other option. The deed must match the condo map.
