Our association has been hit by a landlord who has bought several units and is moving in section 8 low income renters. Our lives have become hell and the most common sight has been the police at our place. Is it legal to restrict rental units and specifically section 8 low income housing rentals. If so is there sample language that we can use?

Too late now ALL you can do is use the services of the condo board should restrictions be violated. Trust me on this, the LL will regret being in the section 8 program. it wont last long.

**A: the HOA needs to enforce the CC&R's. It is legal to restrict Section 8 tenants, but such restriction must come from the condo unit owner only.
And the restriction must follow the Fair Housing laws.
