What is the name of your state?NY
Can a condo board have a poker tourn. or bingo night to raise money to offset fuel cost? What about raffles etc. And if we hire a company to do the work is this ok. We would not be using condo money if we charge unit owners and we get donations for food?
Any insite into this?
