What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Louisiana

My employer is asking us to sign a confidentiality agreement about disclosing things like Protected Health Info or financial data about the company. I don't have a problem with that, but they also include Employee salaries and wage increases among the confidential info. I am pretty certain you cannot be disciplined/terminated for discussing salary info (I know there are a few exceptions, but these don't apply to me). My question is should I sign this agreement? If I sign it, then am I giving up any protection under the law or NLRB rulings?

You are protected to discuss your own salary/raise status but you're not protected for speaking of others salary information.
