okay this might be a silly question but really i dont know!..
okay lets say the lawyer charges the person uh 5000 or something.. okay does that person have to give the lawyer the 5000 all together? or can that person by the lawyer like 300 a month until it addes up to the 5000????

Depends on the arrangements the lawyer is willing to make. I prefer the money up front, because the chances of getting stiffed for the rest are high.
