What is the name of your state? California, moving to Illinois
My best friend currently lives in Los Angeles county and will be moving to Illinois the beginning of October and is a little confused about what forms need to be filed before she moves. Someone had suggested an "order to show cause," but we've yet had any real help on the matter...she just wants to know what she needs to do before she leaves so he can't challenge anything. She has full custody, he denies paternity to one of the two children. She just wants to cover everything before she goes.
