As to how she entered the US that information was not revealed to me. She is from Jamaica and has been in the US since 95'.

Then ask.. are you not wanting to marry her ? Bottom line is that is she is here in the US illegally and she is in anyway detected or found, then she will be subject to a 10 year bar from returning to the US.
