What is the name of your state? Illinois

Hi guys, I'm 19 and Im not sure why but am always constantly freaking out after sex (especially if its with someone I dont very much like) that I may have impregnated _______ <-- Insert name here

I was wondering if I can get a consent form that will be completely legal that states my intention was NOT to get her pregnant and merely to bang her brains out because sex is amazing, that completely nullifies me of any future responsibility, child support, or any pregnancy related charges in the event that she ends up pregnant.

Would it require a witness during the signing of this form? Could I just record it on my cellphone that she is signing it at her own free will etc right before we make love?

Would this type of agreement, form, whatever you call it, be taken seriously in court?

Also,

Is it possible to have a girl sign a form similar to the above, before sex, stating that she has no STD/VD's of any kind, and that I'm entitled to _____ <-- Insert $$$ here, if she lied to me and actually had HIV or herpes etc? I know having them sign it isnt a problem, but whether its an actual legal document that will follow through in court if I decide to sue or something is what I want to know

thank you in advance

What a little dung pile you are...But to answer you question regarding pregnancy...Yes. You can ASK the women to sign a form. Now if the unfortunate woman you have sex with DOES (God forbid!) get preggers that note will not prevent her from filing for child support and getting it. You are leaglly obligated to support your children...even the ones mothered by women you don't like.

How about practicing safe sex and then you won't (likely) have to deal with parenthood and deadly STD's!

Okay, I understand the legally obligated to take care of your children etc, but if the child was an accident, the girl signs a form stating that I am not obligated to PAY for child support etc in the event that she gets pregnant even though we used contraceptives, would I STILL have to pay child support?

Sometimes girls lie about being on the pill, or try to sabotage the contraceptives (not that its happened to me that I'm AWARE of, but you cant trust a woman:confused:)

Every one of your posts just endear you to me more and more....:(

You will ALWAYS be legally obligated to support your children. Even if the contraceptives fail. Even if the woman is wily and puts pin holes in your rubbers. Even if she lies and is not on the pill....EVEN IF!

News Flash! Don't bang woman your don't trust. Stop acting like a slut...

A parent can NOT sign away a child's RIGHT to be financially supported by both parents.

Hmm...that doesnt seem right to me...

A parent cant sign away having to pay for an unintended child before it is formed yet a parent can have an abortion completely eliminating the child before it is formed

how come the women get all the power?

I thank you for your input, especially the endearing comment, I am flattered :D I am confident you are an intelligent and beautiful woman at heart :)

just out of curiosity, if these forms turn out to be plausible, and reliable, and I guarantee I will most likely see a lawyer about writing them etc, would you sign a form like that, if you were 2 seconds from making love to an attractive man?

What I would or wouldn't do is legally irrelevant. A parent can not sign away a CHILD'S RIGHT TO BE FINANCIALLY SUPPORTED. Period.

Once your sperm enters your partners body it is hers. If a child is made of the union then it is the womans choice to decide if she want to continue the pregnancy. If you don't want to be a father, I suggest not gifting sperm to any woman.

Okay, then the law has some serious problems, do I have to file a class-action law suit or suggest it to my state rep, or if it turns out, a girl gets pregnant and my forms don't nullify me from having to pay child support as you say, then do I have to sue the state representative or the congressman or something for not making my suggestion a right?

Okay, in other words, how do I make this possible?

So you want to make it law that a child will not get support from both parents?? Yeah...Good luck with that!

Dude...If you are spreading your seed all over without protecting either yourself or your partner the last thing you should worry about is paying child support. You will not live long enough for that to be an issue.

Ever see someone dying of HepC?? I have. A dear friend of mine is currently being poisoned by his own body...His pain is immense. If he lives to Christmas it will be a miracle. Rather than writing up totally WORTHLESS documents you would be better off re-considering your lifestyle. Our law makers will NEVER enact legislation that will put children at risk. NEVER!! NEVER!! NEVER!!!

Okay, but an accidental child should be ABORTED ANYWAY, and if its not, the mother should be just held liable for the costs of the child, and if anything, the government should pay child support if the man had legal forms signed by the mother!!!

sure it sounds fine to me to make normal men pay child support,

but people who have legal documents stating that THEY DID NOT INTEND TO HAVE A CHILD and should NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE for the MOTHERS ACTIONS (in this case the woman Not getting an abortion), should be legally exempt from having to pay child support (ONLY if the forms had been signed by the mother before the mating ritual occurs)

This wasn't supposed to be a debate between you and me about this, all I wanted to know was if I needed to consult a lawyer etc, but clearly I'll have to consult a state representative to get this made into a law, and THEN consult a lawyer to write my consent forms

The mother is putting the children at risk if they choose not to get an abortion upon accidental pregnancy, when they know the man is not obligated to pay child support

in fact its not even RISK, theres always adoption!

re-considering my lifestyle? I take every precaution when it comes to contraceptives, but women are clearly sneaky untrustworthy creatures :D

Here's how to handle the situation.

Use a condom.

Start by placing it over your head. The one on your shoulders.

On the other hand, this is one of the funniest postings I've read in a loooong time.

This is unfair

I need backup from someone that DOESN'T bleed every month, clearly you both have bias views on this situation

Clearly you must feel your right to nab free money from men through child support is threatened, but hear me roar ladies, these Consent to Nullify Male Parent From Child Support "CNMPFCS" forms WILL be a formal legal right one day.

Yeah...I'm rolling in the dough!! All THREE DOLLARS A freaking WEEK! Yep! That is my child support order. Three dollars a week.
Get over yourself. Your form will never go into effect. Never. Legislators will not put a law into effect that will end up placing children in danger or neglect or on state assistance. Tax payers will not vote this into law. Even in my state, that is very liberal, the citizens would be in an up-roar if a statute like this were proposed. It will never happen. NEVER!
There is a good way to not have children. Stop having sex. Period.

Not have sex? You realize sex prevents prostate cancer, and helps men live longer, right? Men need it at LEAST once a week, I personally need it at LEAST once a day.

And clearly you're getting ripped off, why arent you getting more than that??

I'll bet your ex boyfriend/husband didn't have you sign any forms purging him of all child support charges and responsibilities, DID HE?

Its the womans choice to sign those forms.

I am not being ripped off...That amount is the guideline in my situation. It is what it is. And no form I sign can legally waive my ex's child support obligation. Why can't you get that? These are human beings we are talking about...Why would you be careless enough to bring a child into this world and NOT PROVIDE for him/her?? It is YOUR choice to procreate.
