What is the name of your state? New Jersey
Hi, I have searched the internet looking for forms or samples of consent orders. I called the courthouse in NJ (I don't live there, CP & daughter do and that is where divorce took place) was told there are no forms, just type something up stating that cs stop because of college graduation (May 08) both CP and NCP sign and notorize and send it to courthouse for Judge to sign. Three copies.
Just want to make sure the wording is correct and all the i's dotted and t's crossed, and because of living in different state want to make sure that when I mail it it is a done deal.
I am hoping to find some kind of sample to follow to make sure it is done properly.
Any ideas?
