What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CALIFORNIA, san diego

i can not find any code or place that says what the public guardian can charge an estate for a probate conservatorship in the final accounting or how it is calculated.

in my case they take the cash assets at beginning of accounting period plus total inventory and appraisal plus income and then multiply that by .90% then multiply by the number of months of conservatorship. that is the conservator's fees to public guardian.

where can i find the laws for this. meaning is .90% a set thing? can it be lower or higher? is it always calculated this way?

thanks
