My IN-Laws are in really bad shape and I was wondering if their Wills will be enough for my Husband legally if something should happen, or if he should get Conservatorship?

Conservatorship?

I have no idea what you mean by "if something should happen". I think I have an idea what you may are trying to say. A will does not allow you to do anything (such as banking for example) while that person is alive. So if your parents became really ill and you had to take care of their banking and other personal affairs, a will does not help you at all.

What you need is a Power of Attorney and if you cannot get that, then you would have to go the way of a conservatorship.
