I will be designing web sites and running a business from my home as I'm small and not making enough to afford an office. Does that mean by using my house and my personal DSL I'm co-mingling assets, which does 2 things, 1) it makes my house part of the business, and then it can be taken if sued, and 2) my business will get taxed as property and I loose my tax deduction rights?
