What is the name of your state? W. V.

Does Judicial Immunity survive Constitutional Rights..

{When the Judge knows or should have knew his or her actions directly violated Constitutionally protected rights of a party to the litigated action}

Can someone point to specific case law, or point to specific Title 40, Article 1983 petitions that SURVIVED Judicial Immunity?

Sorry, homework? :confused:

I am not a law student. :p

I am trying to find a way around the Judicial Immunity Act giving Judges to do, say, rule, and apparently violate at will. :mad:

I believe I have a case, and a damn good one, save for navigating around the immunity, it would truley disappoint me personally to not include a certain member of our local judiciary, hence I have been trying to find exceptions to the clause.

Can you help by pointing me in the right direction, anyone?
