Sorry, homework?

I am not a law student.

I am trying to find a way around the Judicial Immunity Act giving Judges to do, say, rule, and apparently violate at will.

I believe I have a case, and a damn good one, save for navigating around the immunity, it would truley disappoint me personally to not include a certain member of our local judiciary, hence I have been trying to find exceptions to the clause.

Can you help by pointing me in the right direction, anyone?
