I am married and retired....My pension totals $22,000 before taxes and my cc debts and overdraft total $18,000. I know my husband does not have to file for bankruptcy himself but will his pensions be considered as income? His name is not on the debts. Thanks.

If you file alone, your husband's income will have to be listed, it shows what your household income is, but his income is also exempt.
