What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New York

I am married and retired....My pension totals $22,000 before taxes and my cc debts and overdraft total $18,000. I know my husband does not have to file for bankruptcy himself but will his pensions be considered as income? His name is not on the debts. :( Thanks.

If you file alone, your husband's income will have to be listed, it shows what your household income is, but his income is also exempt.
