Children are living in Germany with exwife.......she allows only intermittant contact. How do I protect my rights when my kids are in a foreign country? I live in California.

My response:

Much too complicated for this Board. Your issue requires a lengthy discussion of, and an understanding of, the Hague Convention and foreign courts. Please see an attorney because you need to see if your current California court orders are enforceable in that foreign country.
