What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

This situation covers more than just immigration. I married my (now) ex in 1999 after she arrived on a fiance visa. After years of abuse and threats, I divorced my ex in 2008 when it was clear her intentions were to scam me out of everything I own, intending to use the divorce and domestic violence laws to perpetrate her scam. Since then she has taken me to court continuously, filing every motion the court will allow, attacking every detail of the divorce agreement out of vengeance for her scam not working the way she wanted. In the process she was found to be abusing our two children. I gained full custody in a parenting plan modification trial. She has defaulted on credit cards, car leases, student loans. She owes money to local businesses she conned out of services. She enters into credit contracts with no intention of ever paying. In short, she is a con artist, scammer and criminal. She took advantage of the higher education and financial aid system for 12 years. She refuses to work. She owes over $16,000 in child support. She has refused to have any contact of any kind with our children for over 4 years now. Now she has allowed her green card to expire as an excuse to not be able to work. Yet she still attacks me in court using the legal system to harass me, trying to cost me as much time and money as she can, as well as get the court to force me to give her money.

What can I do to stop this situation? Can she be deported? How would I report it? Can she be jailed for owing child support? I need relief from all this constant harassment. I'm trying to move on with my life and raise my kids. She is obsessed with destroying me, and spends all her time filing motions in the court against me.

Has she fulfilled ANY of the conditions listed on the I-864 (affidavit of support) you signed as part of the K1/green card process?

There's a very specific reason I'm asking.

Obtain a restraining order to keep her from harassing you and your children. You can then call the police for assistance.

File for contempt for her failing to pay child support. You should not be liable for debts she incurred after the divorce. Obtain all of you credit reports to make sure the is no fraud on them. If so, it will take a lot of work to get them corrected.

Men can also be victims of domestic violence. You might talk to your local DV organization.

Check to see if there is after divorce support group in your area. Here several churches sponsor them. You need to speak with others in similar situation for support.
