I was recently found in contempt an sentanced to 30 days incarceration by the court in ohio for spousel support, i filed an objection to the ruling because i'm totally disabled do to my mental condition, ? if incarceration aggravates my condition can i sue.

My response:

Incarceration, alone, without some sort of external stimulus; e.g., a beating by a guard, does not aggravate disabilities or physical conditions. So, the answer to your question is "No."
