Contest GA Parking Ticket?

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I received a parking ticket on my street in Atlanta, Georgia for parking against the flow of traffic. My street is a two-way street and I parked on the left side, facing the wrong direction (i.e., facing on-coming traffic).

I looked through the Georgia statutes and could not find a law making this illegal. Furthermore, my ticket did not site any code section or regulation.

Is this a valid citation?
