In a will contest, you have to prove that someone had undue influence over the person who made the will and that someone got something that he should not have gotten.

Since you waited a year, it may be too late to contest it now.

Thank you, knowing our Mother we feel that she did not do this on her own.But have no proof.We are trying to get our Mother's medicial report.Will that help?If we can proof that she was not in her right mine.Again Thank you

Will was made in 1999, I don't believe that it has gone into probate.I believe we have until Sept. to contest the will.

A will that was made five years ago is going to be very hard to contest.
