ex husband and new wife filed a petition for adoptionin Missouri & i'm in Texas. we have joint legal custody--he has primariy phsyical custody. they're are claiming willful abandonment, but this is not true. i have proof that i've attempted to speak to him and visit him in person

Then you show up with your attorney on the court date, with your proof and fight the adoption.
