HI i am from ohio and I was wondering can a minor sign in to a contract or agreement that after they are 18 they will stay living in that house until they are out of school or would it be that after they turn 18 there is nothing the parent can do no mater what the contract says
The minor was also intimidated to sign it was told would be kicked out with no medical benefits or food and didn't care where the child went

My response:

How dysfunctional is that ?

Of course you, as a minor, can sign such a contract. It won't hold any water under the law, but sure, you can sign it. If it makes Mommy and Daddy Dysfunction feel better, tell them you'll sign ten of them, eat a bug, stand on you head, and beat your chest like a gorilla if it makes them feel better.

They owe you support while you're a minor. Then, once you're 18, it's Sayonara !!
