What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

I own a mobile home and pay rent to a CoOp in a park. Rents are going up and other mobile home owners who rent their lots are abondoning their homes. I know the CoOp can gain ownership to their mobile homes. How do they do this? If those renters are behind in their lot rent, can the CoOp gain a judgement for that rent? Many of these renters live in other states or in Canada. Can the judgements be enforced in their places of residence? If those renters have no earned income, only retirement, S.S. and investment income, can the judgement be enforced against that income? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
