Anyone know how to get a statement from the CS Dept of the last few years. The payment is through the employer and I have the feeling that they paid extra and its no way I can tell since I cannot get the information. The only thing I am sure is that the employer is asking me to pay back the money that they paid in of the month that I actually start working with a new company and the new company also start deducting my pay at the same month. So, my ex received money from both companies at the same month.

Will CS Dept let the payor get a statement? Thanks.

The CS dept. should be able to give you a copy of the payments made, have you tried going into their office about it?

If they won't give you a copy, you can check at the courthouse, they should have an official accounting of assessments and payments. I know the court has them in Fl, I don't know if Md. does, but you can check.

Why is the employer asking you to pay THEM back for the CS they deducted from your pay? Were you paid in advance and then didn't work? I don't understand why they want you to pay them back.
