Corp or LLC: Which Will Cover My Butt Best

I am offering a service driving the vehicles of Florida’s elderly winter visitors back north. I want to protect my personal assets as much as possible. I will probably be the only employee. Should I make this very small (under $5K a year) company a corporation or LLC?

Based on your info, I would say a corporation, more specifically an S corporation, is a better choice. Best of luck!
