What is the name of your state? Las Vegas, NV.

Hi...
Everything happens less than 24hrs.
I have a Nevada Corporation a Copyright on my Logo and some guys think 'they know too much that law doesn't not apply to them...'

Can someone advise me and if I got a case proceed with a Legal action?

Here's the whole story:

Thanks in advance.

iogames -

I understand from what you have posted that you have a registered copyright on the artistic aspects of your logo, the logo of which you use to identify your corporation. I also understand that someone is using this logo without your permission, and you know who this someone is.

You were advised to contact this person and tell them the logo is copyrighted and to "cease and desist". That is the advice I give you, as well. If the infringer continues to use your logo, then you can, if you wish, sue for infringement.

If you registered the copyright on your logo within three months of publication of your logo or before any infringement of your copyright, you could recover up to $150,000 and possibly attorney fees without having to prove that you suffered actual monetary losses due to the infringement.

I would contact an attorney in Nevada.

Thanks Mr Quincy...
I regularly form Corporations/LLCs/Non-Profit for clients and I take them through the process where they can continue on their own.
I heard about that Clause before, but what about Jelsoft, LLC. where some unofficial, non-paid, non-trained, and dysfunctional members claim no liability on their part?
