Bottom line: there is no law you can invoke that will prohibit them from disciplining or firing you, if that is indeed what they decided to do.

1. After i got permission, i did in the same office as doctor.
2. I am registered assistant, it is within my scoop of practice
3. This is my daughter not my patient
4. I was not working

All totally irrelevant to whether or not you can legally be disciplined or fired.

This is really I worried, so there is nothing I can do?
No any lawyer can help?

I know other people did but they didn't really care, is that because I am Asian?

There is nothing to do anything about yet.

Next Monday , I will have meeting with Maneger and HR Person, they will ask some questions to me and make decisions, is there advice?
I really don't know that when Iam not working and work on my daughter will be a problem

There really is no specific advice any of us could give you. Generally...dress nicely, be polite, be nice.

How on earth can anyone here even guess whether or not your race was part of the (non) decision?

Your being Asian does not change the law. There is STILL no law that will stop them from firing you. If they want to discipline or fire you, then you will be disciplined or fired. And unless you have some evidence - and I mean real evidence, not supposition or playing the race card - that if you were not Asian they would not have disciplined or fired you, there will be nothing that either you or a lawyer can do about it other that signing up for unemployment and looking for another job.

In addition to dressing nicely and being polite, be sure to tell them who gave you permission to do this.

If you are fired anyway, your only legal recourse is to apply for UI. You will either get it or they will reject your claim. If they reject it, appeal.

Do I need lawyer to appeal?
