Hi! I had my offer on a house from 5 year mortgage(Calgary)He informed me last Wednesday that my mortgage has been accepted.I spoke to him yesterday and I have to take with me tomorrow bank history of last 3 months and wage slips. I was told that my application would go to the underwriter on Friday. Though my broker told me I'd been accepted could I still be declined by the underwriter? Advice please.Thank you!
