What is the name of your state? NM
I have taken the DNA test and have received my court date for next week. The notification of my court date states that the purpose of the hearing is to determine genetic testing results. It also states I must bring my tax returns, pay stubs and any other proof. What exactly should I expect at this hearing and what can I do to be best prepared, as I am pro se?? Will this be just to reveal test results or will this be the whole process? Any advice is appreciated. What is the name of your state?

From what it sounds like should the DNA test have a positive result the court is prepared to at least make a determination of CS. You can contact the clerk's office at the court to which you are to appear. They should be familiar with what will be going on during this hearing and advise as to what to expect. Or another Senior member may ample along and give you better insight than I.

Good luck:)

One More

Thank you Penelope for your prompt reply. (I did delete the accidental double post). One more question. If the results are negative will I still have to go to court or do I go to court for them to notify me of the results. Also, the mother has rescheduled twice for her part of DNA test. If she doesn't comply what can be done?

You should ALWAYS show up for court. Bad things can happen if you don't. If she doesn't comply she can be held in contempt.
