What is the name of your state? TX and CO

Ex had child support hearing scheduled late July. Should I have received correspondence by now if child support was court ordered?

Since there are two different states involved here, that could make correspondence take longer.
I'd suggest that you call the court house in which the hearing took place and ask for a copy of the CO's. If this has gone through CSE, you could also contact your case worker to find out any info.

I found out in a round about way about his court hearing. Is there a way to find out the exact date and court where his hearing was other than the AG's Office.

As for the TX AG's office, I've been calling every week. They can't seem to get status report from CO.

I've been as pro-active as I know how to be. Any suggestions are helpful.
