The criminal judge agreed with me and modified the no contact order to permit regular unsupervised visitation (wednesday evenings and alternate weekends) with my child again, pick-up and drop-off will be at the guardhouse of my ex's development. I'll be sure to bring a witness or two just in case....

Another victory for the good guys!!

You're wise to bring witnesses since the community security is obviously biased.

Thanks for sharing.:)

I have to ask. What was her reaction?

criminal trial date is not set yet, Oct. 1 is the civil all day hearing on all matters including visitation denial, petitions to modify custody, financial issues, guardian ad litem appointment....etc.

We received her motion today to allow the child (nine) to testify, so I guess they are comfortable with the brainwashing efforts thus far...not sure if we're going to fight it or just let her testify yet. They produced a list of expert witnesses including film and model agents, her pediatrician, and a psychologist whom I don't remember being consulted on as to letting anyone see the kid....
certainly wasn't court ordered.

Grandma, I don't even bother to look in her direction to glance at her anymore. I could care less. She sickens me.

And me, as well. I can't imagine having lived your story. Just hearing bits and pieces is frightening and frustrating. Hang in there--you're giving her the rope to hang herself.
