I have hired an attorney concerning problems at my condominium. The attorney for the property management company, who also represents the Association Board, refuses to recognize my attorney. He directs correspondence directly to me knowing that I am represented by an attorney. His correspondence is not in anyway documented or complete. He wrote that I said the property management company was embezzling. I never used that word or anything similar, and have no idea what is behind his statement. He also said that my condominium outside wall did not have damage because the project was over. I forwarded the correspondence to my lawyer. I do not understand why an attorney treats a colleague with so little respect.

YOU have an idiot for an attorney. he/she should have stopped this communication after the first time. Do you think it's time to hold YOUR attorney accountable?
