What is the name of your state?NJ if a custodial parent loses custody of her child in court to her mother and father(the childs' grandparents) what happens to the child support order for the non-custodial parent?

First, I'd like to know why custody wasn't given to the other parent instead of the grandparents.

However, child support will now go to the grandparents. The NCP should keep on top of this and make sure the former CP is also ordered to pay CS to the grandparents.

Cp got a fro on the ncp under false pretences. NCP was never notified of fro court date. They don't have the money for the lawyer either to fight or get the fro removed. Cp put suspension on visitation with the fro. Big mess thank you with your answer!!
