What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minesota
I am currently in the process of creating a living revocable trust to simplify the ownership of my gun collection. Some of the firearms will be NFA weapons which when owned by the trust can be in the possession of any of the trustees. me and my wife will both be trustees this will allow my wife to have access to my gun safe and simplify the ownership issue should something happen to me and not have to worry about running afoul of the law.
here is my question there are a few other members of my family that i would like to be able to have access to the weapons but not necessarily have the ability to sell or have the other powers and duties of a trustee. is there a way to limit a trustees power to specific powers.
as a second questions is there a way to have a trustee removed automatically if for instance one of the "secondary" trustees was to become a prohibited person form possessing a firearm they are automatically removed
as a trustee?
Thanks in Advance.
