Please advise

I have credit card debt of 50K and i have visa only for 5 months , i have no money to pay.
if i leave country without paying my credit card debt what will happen.

I am not a US citizen my Visa is going expire ,
I may come but not sure
employment based income

Depending when you come and what you do you may find yourself sued once you return. Other than that it’s likely nothing will happen.

For that amount of money there is certainly a chance that they will attempt to collection from you in your home country. Its probably not a particularly strong chance but I don't believe it can be entirely ruled out.

Was the credit card issued here in the US or in your home country?

While true - the statute of limitations will likely be tolled while the OP is out of the country. If the OP is later sued, then that (likely successful) judgment will appear on his/her credit report.

How on earth did you manage that considering you are in the US on a visa. Did you put a SSN on your application or any of the other information they want such as income?
