credit card forced husband intop bankrupcy

What is the name of your state?tn My husabdn didnt want to file chapter 7 untill a credit card compnay had sued him and he could have went to court but didnt cause if they awared that compnay any money he felt that the out 7 credit card woul docme after him . BUt I was wondering cause he only has his social security check and owes on the house and dont work . Can they take my money ? I never sign or was able to use the credit cardIn his name.

Were in tennessee no hes the only one filed and no im not on anything of his but like light bull and phone but that dont count does it .
