What is the name of your state? Oklahoma

The saga of my dealings with my cc company continues. You gotta love it!!!! Today I recieved a letter in the mail from the Chief Marketing Office of the company making me a wonderful offer to purchase a credit protection plan that will protect my GOOD CREDIT RATING with them!!! It's too bad they can't program their computers to say something like " Wait a minute we jacked this guy over! We think he is now an ADVERSE CREDIT RISK. We better not send him any more of our offers to our customers that have a good credit rating." this program is for their VALUED GOOD CUSTOMERS. I really want to apply for this but I'm afraid that since I am not in their good graces now, maybe they would reject me, and I don't feel I could stand another rejection in this relationship!

I recall your saga from an earlier post. Amazing how credit companies have various departments that don't communicate with each other. You may want to venture into checking your fico score to see what your current rating is. Chances are the late payments from the one co-signed loan only dropped it by 10-20 points. Depending on how many accounts are reporting accurately.

Credit Card Rate Jump

I did that when I ordered my Credit reports My FICO scores are in the range where 72 % of us poor hard-working Americans are that keep the economy running. This is what upsets me at the CC company for placeing me on a non-preferred rate. Also, I still get TONS of offers from companys who would like form me to have an account with them.
The culprit here is the CC company. But don't worry, I have obtained some information they probably didn't expect I would find. I'm saving it for the Coup de' Grace.
I could use some help here. I have my bills sent by E-pay, but I still get a monthly statement as well. When I open the E-pay bill, I have just been paying the amount plus a little more and haven't opened my regular monthly statements ( MY FAULT-- this is why I didn't realize for 4 mos that I had been placed on a non-preffered rate . When I saw my balance wasn't going down as fast as I thought it should, I opened my monthly statements. It was then I realized what had happened ( I did not recieve any kind of correspondence from the cc co telling me they were going to do this.
Federal & State Law say the monthly statements have to clearly show the interest rate. The E-pay bill they send me is called a statement. However, it only shows the balance, last payment, current payment, and date due. Since this is called a "statement" as they call it, should it also not have to show the interest rate? If it did, I would have caught it sooner, like I mentioned.
This sage will continue. Will post additional developments as they progress.
