Re: wife using Credit cards

Unless she is authorized by you to use credit cards that are in your name only; she has no right to use them. You need to protect yourself on cards that are in Your name only and contact the creditors and put a restriction on them. Most Credit card Co will restrict a card to make sure the retailer checks I.D. On any Joint accounts that are zero ballance if I were you I would close them. If this is as nasty as it sounds on my end things can only get worse. Can you find out where she had your car towed? If the car is in both of your names they would have to release it to you also. I'm not sure about the laws in your state but in most states to have someone removed from the home you have to prove there has been violence. I'm not an Attorney but if its this bad I would hire an Attorney if I were you.
