What is the name of your state?

WA

I have an odd question. In this case where I am being chased by my Ex husbands credit card attoneys. Would it be useful, or even legal for me to get one of those Equifax credit checks on HIM? What if he has new credit card accounts? He does take air flights to his sisters house in Boise and every year to San Fancisco. One must have a credit card to do anything with an airline now-a-days. SO, my point being, if he has other credit cards...why can't this Bank of America charge what he owes to them onto his new card? Most folks can get thier credit limit extended with little effort. I hesitate to get into his "business" but it does not seen to bother him I am beign sought after to pay for his debt from 1995 to 2002. Would it help, if I find he has other credit cards to inform Bank of America? Just an interesting question my mind came up with. Sincerely, Alora

It wouldn't matter if he had 10 cards or a $100K limit. I'm sure the credit card company has pulled his report (at least a soft pull). He may not even have credit cards--debit cards work for buying plane tickets too.

Even if he had credit cards and more than enough credit available to charge this debt, it is his CHOICE. The credit card company has no right to charge it and neither do you.

Also, don't try to pull his credit yourself. That can get you into big trouble.
