Credit Company gave out Personal Info

Ford Motor Credit has been harrassing me at work though I have asked them several times to stop they continue to do so. Then today I got a phone call at work from them and the lady gave out my information to a fellow co-worker. Do I have legal grounds for a lawsuit against them? If so what do I need to do?
