I have a 29 year old drug felony on my record. I was denied and was told to order a copy of the report so I could dispute an specific details. The report arrived today and there is nothing to dispute. It's accurate.Below is the policy in question. What now?
You will be ineligible if, among other things, the background check results reveal convictions for any of the following in the past seven years:
A violent crime
A felony
A drug-related offense
A sexual offense
Certain theft or property damage offenses
