I am filing for naturalization. Back in 2000, i sold alcohol to intoxicated person and i got a class B misdemeanor on my record. Will this prevent me from being naturalized? Should i file expunction of this record before naturalization? Will expunction help? Or i don't need to worry about all this, since this was not a crime
